How do I get games to recognize?

This is a discussion about How do I get games to recognize? in the Windows Games category; Is there a way, to import part of the registry into a new account in win2k? Right now, i have all my apps/games installed under adim. I want to make a poweruser account for gaming, but when I do, and go in under that, none of the saved info is in the game (reg #s, etc).

log in as admin and export the key for the game under HKEY_CURRENT_USER.... then log in as the power user and double-click the file to import it
