How do I minimize Outlook (Office XP) to systray?

This is a discussion about How do I minimize Outlook (Office XP) to systray? in the Windows Software category; We have to have Outlook running all the time for reminders & whatnot but we hate having Outlook minimized too, is there anyway to minimize Outlook to the system tray (systray)? We're using Office XP 2002.

OP
The reminder is a pop-up screen, it has nothing to do with whether it's minimized on the systray or on the main bar.

Anyways, I figured out how to minimize it to the systray - much better.
