How do I turn off log generation on application crash?

I've noticed that with win2k, whenever an application/game crashes - Windows decides to create some huge error log that seems to make my HDD grind for an eternity, slowing my system right down. . is there any way to turn off this feature?.

in the "run" menu type drwtsn32 and deselect all the options
