How The Heck do you remove the Build Number??
This is a discussion about How The Heck do you remove the Build Number?? in the Windows Hardware category; How do you remove the build number from windows xp build 2504? And I don't want to do the Lock Desktop Icons thing, it makes everything look really crappy. Is their a way other than that? I tried the regedit thing, with the Paint Desktop value, that didn't work, any other way, any way at all????? Falcon26.
