How to connect 2 LAN networks at once?

i have 2 LAN card installed on my PC both cards are connect to 2 diffrent ISP with LAN i want to ask that can i login to both the ISP at once will my both ISP bandwidth merge or there is any software i have to use? i have XP Please help

NO, my friend this is not possible. Even if you can use two different (even the same) ISP at the same time on your PC there is no such a thing as "merging" the bandwith stuff.
