How to format windows xp and install win98

I have an older Gateway(7 yrs old) that originally came with Win98 and I have since gotten a bigger hard drive and installed Win XP Pro. I am now selling this pc and want to install Win98 for the new user(don't ask me why he would want 98,but that was his choice).

Boot off a Win 98 boot disk ( www.bootdisk.com), run FDISK and delete all the partitions (non-dos). Create a new Primary DOS Partition and format it. Then run setup from Win98 CD and install Windows 98.
