Hi,

I run IIS, with a local & intenet ftp that is stored on my home PC. I also have Zonealarm running. I am concerned though that on a recent shields test that my ftp and http ports were open. I understand this is due to running the web site and ftp access but is there any way I can minimalise the access adn so reduce the damage if someone does get access to my computer.

Hi
yeah, i run it to
i got more than 1 firewall on it, also a good virusscanner on it for the upload
also a trojan scanner for this
set in you security to disable a account if enterd more then 3 times the wrong password
so you know if there was somebody knokking
check every day your logs
and you also have to see, that who knows you are running this server
not that manny people i think

good luck with it
