How to turn off CD drive auto play on disk insertion in Win2

Please can you explain how to turn of the CD drives auto run on disk insertion feature? This was easy to find in Win98xx but not so in Win2K

Icons are show in only 16 colors!!! help!!

Install TweakUI and the options to disable autoplay are in the "Paranoia" tab of tweakui
