I,ve installed WinXP and now I have a problem (not one):

I have got
1) LAN card and
2) PCI modem in my computer.

I have Internet access by LAN or by modem. I've selected 'Use modem connection if LAN is not available'. There is no problem with Internet by LAN and suddenly if I write any wrong www address my computer try to connect to web by .... MODEM!!! But Internet is physically still present by LAN. My previous os was WinME. I had the same configuration and everything worked excellent.

Please help me.

Hi AlecStaar,

In Internet Option settings are correct:

Tab Connections - selected 'Dial whenever a network connection is not present'. The same I had got in Win Me. And that was correct.

Hi AlecStaar

So problem is more accomplished. In Internet Properites I selected

'Dial whenewer a network connection is not present'.

The same config I used in ME and everything worked excellent.
