HP cd writer 9300 problems

I tried to install the programs and drivers that came with the burner and i got an error and they dont install. I am a Nero user and i want to know if there is anything i can do to get Nero to work with my machine and if you guys know of a site to do ...
This site says that this certain burner is compatible with win2k. I tried to install the programs and drivers that came with the burner and i got an error and they dont install. I am a Nero user and i want to know if there is anything i can do to get Nero to work with my machine and if you guys know of a site to download any new drivers or firmware....or even if anyone else is having this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
