HP Scanner not recognizing Picture It! Photo 2001

This is a discussion about HP Scanner not recognizing Picture It! Photo 2001 in the Slack Space category; Just purchased an HP Scanjet 4400C. While the scanner software recognizes Microsoft Office, Access, Image, etc. . . . . it doesn't recognize Picture It! Photo 2001 as being on the system. Can't get into Microsoft's site to ask why.

Just purchased an HP Scanjet 4400C. While the scanner software recognizes Microsoft Office, Access, Image, etc..... it doesn't recognize Picture It! Photo 2001 as being on the system. Can't get into Microsoft's site to ask why. Any ideas?
