HP1100A parallel printer/scanner
This is a discussion about HP1100A parallel printer/scanner in the Windows Hardware category; Printing works fine under Win2k, as well as doing a manual copy; however, the scanner piece just does not want to work. Installed all of HP's software and updates(from their webpage including their Win2k scanner patch), and nothing seems to work.
Printing works fine under Win2k, as well as doing a manual copy; however, the scanner piece just does not want to work. Installed all of HP's software and updates(from their webpage -- including their Win2k scanner patch), and nothing seems to work....munning Win2k SP1, ASUS CUSL2 motherboard...also tried every parallel setting on the BIOS(ECP, ECP+EPP, Normal) .....anybody have any ideas?
