I have no Diskeeper or help files??

I just installed Windows 2000 on a new computer. Formatted the Maxtor 20 gig fat 32 and the install went smooth. I dont understand why I dont have any help files. Clicking on Start Help does nothing.

I just installed Windows 2000 on a new computer. Formatted the Maxtor 20 gig fat 32 and the install went smooth. I dont understand why I dont have any help files. Clicking on Start Help does nothing. Also under system tools I only have backup and character map. In my local disk properties it says I have no defragmentation tool installed. If anyone has a clue for me I would really appreciate it. I have done the install twice and both were the same. Thanks.

I got the OEM copy of it at the same time I purchased the motherboard. It has a hologram the whole deal.

Update...It was my CD_RW drive not fully reading the Win2K CD. I put in a normal CD and the instal was perfect.
