I have to run any program via ctrl+alt+del

This is a discussion about I have to run any program via ctrl+alt+del in the Windows Hardware category; ;( My computer is totaly stuffed when I start it up al it comes up with is my screensaver (no start menu or icons) I have to go via ctrl+alt+del and new task just to run a program and I've tried to restore factory settings on my pc via pressing F10 on the boot screen but it just carries on loading and I cant go to ...
