I need help!

This is a discussion about I need help! in the Windows Hardware category; ;( Ok, I really need to reformat, but I never got a cd? But I see an something when I start up were I can press f10 for system restore? I want to completely start my computer over! Becuase my internets been gay on this computer but not to any other!! Help Thanks
