I upgraded to xp pro and during the upgrade it said I needed a driver file which it couldnt find, I called microsoft and after talking for 3 hours he finally had me add a secondary operationg system. First we tried to diable everything he thought might be causeing this but it did not stop the error message. After downloading 2nd OS I am hung in an instal mode, it wont come out of the install it just runs rebootes and starts trying to run the install again, the Microsoft guy, in his hard to understand accent said he couldnt help. I have only 2 programs on there I need, I did back up my data on the quickbooks but cant even start to try to find the problems because it wont do anything but reboot and start over, any ideas? :x
