i think i need a driver for my webcam..help please

This is a discussion about i think i need a driver for my webcam..help please in the Windows Hardware category; i purchased a telemax/logitech VGA USB 2. 0 PC webcam today that i cant get working. when i go to view it, i get a message that says error 80004005: cannot create video capture filter. . . can anyone give me assistance?.

Mouse moves, but click anywhere and it beeps
