I want to get started with Delphi

This is a discussion about I want to get started with Delphi in the Everything New Technology category; I guess the first thing I need to know is where do I find a free compiler that has good features? And second, where do I go to get started learning? There are lots of sites, but what do you all use. I want a site that gets updated frequesntly, maybe one that has a good Delphi forum etc.
