IBM netfinity manager install problems

I work at a help desk and am running Windows 2000 at home. I need to help my company's customers by being able to dial in from home to their server and troubleshoot problems they may be having. I have Windows NT 4.

I have Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 at work and am running the IBM Netfinity Manager software to do that. It works great at work.

However, when I install it at home on my Windows 2000 pc, it will go through the installation fine, then it tells me I have to reboot windows. It goes downhill from there. I reboot and at the logon window for Win2k, I have no mouse or keyboard functionality. It's basically frozen. I've had to reformat my hard drive and I tried installing it again and the same thing happens.

Can anyone find out how to fix this problem? It would be great if I could reboot and get mouse and keyboard functionality as I know the software will work for me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The URL for the IBM Netfinity Manager software download is here:(25p1613.exe) is the file name.
