IE and the scroll bar... gone CRAZY!
This is a discussion about IE and the scroll bar... gone CRAZY! in the Windows Software category; I think it was after a new IE patch or something. . . When you click anywhere in that bar (scroll bar) it should go down 1 full screen. Instead it goes down like 1 and a half. So if you are reading a page like nt compatible with small posts you usually miss a couple.

Any thougths one this would be great!
