No, but you can define the proxy setting in Group Policy for your network.

In Windows 2003 Server, this is located in "User Configuration\ Windows Settings\Internet Explorer Maintenance\Connection".
Navigate to the "Active Directory Users and Computers". Right click the Domain object, Properties, Group Policy (Tab) now 'click' the edit (button) and you will see the policy settings.

Thanks Wilhelmus for the reply. Actually, I did that on the GPO. I'm just exploring the other possibilities. thanks..

Since we verified that this is possible through GPO in AD, is this also possible with NT Domain?
