IE6 and cpu
This is a discussion about IE6 and cpu in the Windows Hardware category; I installed windows XP(2462) and everything works ok but when i connect to the net ie6 uses 95-100% of the cpu every time it loads a website. . . . shall it do this or is it a bug? I can´t surf the net and do something else at the same time.

FYI Office XP did the same thing in W2K and 98SE. When using Excel I noticed CPU usage @ 100 % this of course was unacceptable so I uninstalled it.
