Inaccessible_boot_disk Different problem

While going through the setup for windows2000 advanced server, as I should, press F6 to enter in the raid drivers.

I know this question has been out there but I have a different problem. While going through the setup for windows2000 advanced server, as I should, press F6 to enter in the raid drivers. This all works great! When I hit enter to continue, it seems like its working ok then I get that stupid inaccessible_boot_device.
I'm lost now! Any suggestions would be great and Yes, the bios/cmos is right.

Are you sure you have the right drivers? Are they the latest versions? Are you installing the drivers for the correct controller?
