install NT from floppy?

Is it possible to install NT wkstn 4. 0 from a floppy, I can't set my BIOS to boot from CD? Also I have accidentally deleted a suspend-to-bridge oartition on my laptop, keep getting prompts to run susdisk.

Go to the i386 directory on your NT4 CD and type in WINNT /B if your in DOS. Winn32 /B if your in Windows. This command will make the boot floppies.
