installed new bios now keyboard dont work

i have abit be6II motherboard i installed new bios today now i have no controll of my keyboard when im at my dual boot screen i cant select which os to go into please help

Is it a USB keyboard? If so, you'll have to go into your BIOS settings and set USB keyboard support to BIOS rather than OS.
