Installing apps in user account with Win2k Server

This is a discussion about Installing apps in user account with Win2k Server in the Windows Software category; I was wondering. If you can make Win2k Server allow an administrator to give the computer a password and user name to install a program in an user account. So that way I don't have to login as an admin and quit all the current running programs.

I was wondering. If you can make Win2k Server allow an administrator to give the computer a password and user name to install a program in an user account. So that way I don't have to login as an admin and quit all the current running programs. I know you can do this in Win2k Pro, it will let you install a program in an user account with permission of an admin, but it wont let you in Server. Can I turn this feature on?
