Installing W2K on Windows XP/2003

Is there any way to launch the setup/winnt32. exe file from Windows 2003/XP without booting from the CD-Rom?.

If you boot from a 98 floppy disk with CDROM support you can run WINNT.EXE to install Windows from CD in the i386 folder.
