InstallShield and XP Problem

er. . . guys. . i nid help. . . i juz bought Silent hill 2 (PC) and i can't run the installer. . . i tried copying all three disk into my HDD to install. . First disk. . . . fine. . second. . well. .

er...guys..i nid help...i juz bought Silent hill 2 (PC) and i can't run the installer...
i tried copying all three disk into my HDD to install..
First disk....fine..
second..well...got stucked when its almost done...error message: "illegal MS-DOS function" or something alone that line...
And if i run the installer,first disk goes fine..when installing the second disk,Error : Illegal function.
HELP ME!!!!!running XP

it sounds like your second cd is damaged some how, go back to the place where you bought it and ask them for another copy

Better yet: Go back to the place you got it and exchange it for a better game. Deer Hunter will do. It's a better game.
