Integrity check problem HELP
Hi, I have for 1 week an issue with win XP pro. Everytimes that I boot up my computer, Win XP checks the integrity of my HDD (ntfs). I have for 1 week an issue with win XP pro. Everytimes that I boot up my computer, Win XP checks the "integrity" of my HDD (ntfs). After that it has checked it, he reboots my machine and ... it checks it again! So I have to press a key to cancel the integrity check, if I don't do that, ma machine will reboot continuously!
It's strange because the integrity check doesn't find any problem with my HDD ...
But SOMETIMES, (not everytimes !) win XP says me that a file is damaged (CME II sys or something like that) and that I have to check the integrity of my hard disk whereas windows does that at every boot!
I don't think that my HDD is damaged. My win installation is brand new ! I have formated my HDD and installed win XP pro 2 weeks ago ! What can I do ? What 's the mater with my HDD ?
