Now, besides the difference in memory support, there won’t be a whole lot of difference between 845 and 850. As a matter of fact, as we’ll soon see, even the small differences you would expect (latency) remain similar. Simply put, this product is meant to fill a gap in the market and offer more inexpensive Pentium 4 desktops to OEM’s and System Integrators.
