Intel Pro PC Camera [CS430]
This is a discussion about Intel Pro PC Camera [CS430] in the Windows Hardware category; Hey all, It's been a while since I posted on this board, but that's 'cause I was using Windows ME for a while, but now I'm back to win2k. Anyway, so I put in my Intel Pro PC Camera which is the CS430 USB Webcam, and to my surprise the quality is really shitty on netmeeting when compared to that of windows ME.
Hey all,
It's been a while since I posted on this board, but that's 'cause I was using Windows ME for a while, but now I'm back to win2k.
Anyway, so I put in my Intel Pro PC Camera which is the CS430 USB Webcam, and to my surprise the quality is really shitty on netmeeting when compared to that of windows ME. On windows ME I used the Netmeeting 3.01 from their website, on Windows 2000 the same. The problem is that in the tools/options/video tab/ the send Image size has "large" greyed out and even on the Medium quality setting the video has a black border around it and it is very very small.
Aargh. Has anyone else had this problem on their Win2k machine with this webcam? I know that for a while this webcam wasn't supported under win2k by Intel, but the drivers I used for this camera were from Intel's website.
Anyone know of this problem or have a solution? I'm all ears...
regards,
Riz
