I just installed Intellipoint 5.0 on my Win2003 test server. All went good as it installed where 4.x wouldnt. I go to change my button assignment (i use a trackball) click on OK and the program tells me it wont let me reassign the click button to where i want it (the lower left button i use as back, upper left is forward, top left click, top right is right click). Is there any way to bypass this? As its quite stupid MS telling me where i can and can not assign my buttons to. I really dislike using the lower button for click and would like to change it any suggestions?

I'm sorry I can't offer specific help.
I can join you in complaining that MS screwed IP5.0 up. They took out per application assignments, and the ability to assign regular key-strokes to buttons. Hope they bring 'em back.
