Please install your network hardware before installing Internet Connection Sharing." any ideas as to why this pops up?

it's rather odd actually & can't believe it still works (well, as of last nite at least). i removed interet sharing on the pc that has at&t broadband installed originally(pc1). but, i kept the info from the floppy created thru ICS wizard on the other pc(pc2). it seems to work fine. oh, i also deleted the dial-up adapter on pc1. but kept it on pc2. don't ask me, i was just messin' around with it. also, the 1st time i installed it, internet worked on pc2 but not pc1. that's why i deleted ics/dial-up from pc1. not quite sure why it still works
