Internet Explorer Icon in taskbar

Just loaded XP. In Win2k I used to have buttons next to my start button to launch IE, Outlook express and etc. How can I get that in XP? TIA.

Right click on the bar, go the the menu toolbars and make sure quicklaunch is checked

And (or) just drag a shortcut there for anything you want to appear.
