IPNATHLP crashes=no network
I have two computers connected with a peer-to-peer network. Both are running win2k SP2. I have ICS installed, one computer is running on the essential(for ICS) 192. 168. 0. 1 IP and the other is set on automatic(dynamic).

Here comes the problem:
Sometimes the network crashes(i can't see one computer from the other) and obviously the ICS is gone(it usually happens when i disable the network card in the machine running the ICS). I went through the event logs to see if i can find something and i saw the following:
Error: IPNATHLP
Description: The DNS proxy agent encountered an error while obtaining the local list of name-resolution servers. Some DNS or WINS servers may be inaccessible to clients on the local network. The data is the error code......
I can't locate the service that crashes and brings up this error. The only solution to bring back the network alive is to restart the computer that is running the ICS. Is there any service that i can restart to avoid the restarting?IPNATHLP is a dll located on the system root directory.
It seems to me as DHCP is crashing and then the computers can't see each other. I've also tried to give a static IP address to the other computer but it didn't do any good.
Any suggestions are appreciated, since this problem is driving me crazy 6 months now.:(
