If by Norton 7 you mean Norton 2002, then yes, it is fully compatible with XP.
Previous versions won't be though.

I believe he's referring to NAV 2001 here.....
In which case no, it isn't compatible with XP. You may be able to get it to install, but I wouldn't trust it not to hose your system completely.
