Yes.
You can put two NIC cards in your server and set it up as a router. The one NIC card would have the internet connection with that network ID, and the other would go off to your network with that network ID. And the routing service would connect the two.
 
Any computer on your network would then use the network ID of the second nic card as the Gateway address... which would lead you to the first nic card and the internet.

Yes u can do it with that i know but
my requirement is without adding
the additional NIC cards in server i.e NT 4.0
Can we share internet?As i mentioned
earlier this question was asked in an
interview to me. They said that we can
do it using some commands.
pl let me know if anybody knows those
commands.
