This is a discussion about Is this OK? in the Windows Hardware category; I am thinking about upgrading my system, and currently my choice is this: AMD Athlon 750MHz Microstar 6167 mainboard ASUS V6800 GeForce DDR 128MB PC100 RAM The GeForce and RAM I already have, but I would like to now what you think about this combo.

AMD Athlon 750MHz
Microstar 6167 mainboard
ASUS V6800 GeForce DDR
128MB PC100 RAM
The GeForce and RAM I already have, but I would like to now what you think about this combo. Any problems getting it to work together? Driverproblems? Any other HW that would be better? Everything is of interrest, so if u know something, PLEASE write it!!! I am running W2k pro, but I can install Advanced Server if this is better.

Make sure the ram is good enough for the CPU. I heard those AMD Athlons should be used with PC133 ram.
