I played with an older build of XP and am curious if they've fixed the icon for create a new folder yet? If you look in Explorer, on the context sensitive bar, Create a new folder had the default Windows icon.

It's a problem on your machine, doesn't do it on anyone else's.

What makes you so sure? Because you don't see the problem on your PC so you assume its just me? Or don't you understand what I was asking? I highly doubt it was just my PC and "everyone else" doesn't have the problem. Like I said it was an early build I played with... the first beta 2 build.
