LAN Configuration - "hiding" a PC

This is a discussion about LAN Configuration - "hiding" a PC in the Windows Networking category; I need help with a LAN config question. 4PCs on a CAT5 LAN, plus one wireless notebook, all running XP. Also hanging off the LAN is the internet gateway, and one server running Win2K for file/print sharing (and old PII box(!); I am considering converting it to Linux) Here is the scoop.

Here is the scoop. The data on of the PCs - let's call it A - needs to acessible from PC #B, but be kept isolated (ideally invisible) from the other PCs. How do I set up this exclusive access?

Alternatively, set up the network so the PCs can see the server, but cannot see each other. I would need to set up a more secure store on the server, but I think that is doable. But I am not sure how to do this, either.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
