Laptop keyboard not responding in games

This is a discussion about Laptop keyboard not responding in games in the Windows Games category; I have an IBM T21 Thinkpad with Windows NT 4 installed, and I cannot figure out how to get the keyboard to work in pretty much every DirectX game I have. When the laptop is docked and I use the regular 101-key keyboard, there's no problem.
