INCERT THE DISC, that`s the problem for now. I have 1 KAIN.exe for Windows Xp, but the game is asking me for a CD. I`m using DEAMON TOOLS 4, and I have mounted KAIN CD.

It can be wrong CD. Many old games want _only_ first logical CD, regard of what _real_ CD-letter, from what you install it. Try to make virtual CD your first CD-drive.
