Links 2001 Won't Install
This is a discussion about Links 2001 Won't Install in the Windows Games category; I can't get MS Links 2001 to install under Windows 2000 Professional. When I insert the CD the autorun just pops up this window with a ! icon and a ok button. Click the ok button and it closes. Same thing happens if I manually try to run the setup.
I can't get MS Links 2001 to install under Windows 2000 Professional. When I insert the CD the autorun just pops up this window with a ! icon and a ok button. Click the ok button and it closes. Same thing happens if I manually try to run the setup.exe. I've checked the MS support site with no luck. Anyone had similar problems or have a possible solution?

FYI..it was Norton Anti-Virus. I had to completely shut it down to get the install to work.
