it's idiotic the way i do it (i use 27.10), but since noone replyed here it is:
make a shortcut of the "nvidia nview desktop manager" control panel aplet and place it the startup folder, then you just have to press ok after logon.
 
you could do a .vbs that does this and then sends _enter_ or _alt+F4_ if you feel like it.
