log files
This is a discussion about log files in the Windows Software category; i am a newbie admin in a small school lab and i want to know if there is a way to find out who, what and when my windows server 2003 is accessed. i think my fellow workers has changed or accesed something in my server remotely without me knowing it.

is there any log file that would register whats has been changed on your computer and who did it, like who accessed the computer at this time, etc. is there a way o log the events in your computer even if somebody is changing your computer remotely?

By default 2003 should log all logins/logouts. Check SECURITY in your event viewer.
