Logitech FF Wheel in Win2k

This is a discussion about Logitech FF Wheel in Win2k in the Windows Hardware category; I have a LWFF, a Logitech Digital 3D joystick, a Gravis Gamepad Pro (gameport) and a Gravis Gamepad Pro USB plugged in. I installed the latest software for all. All joysticks work fine in the Game Controllers applet.

I have a LWFF, a Logitech Digital 3D joystick, a Gravis Gamepad Pro (gameport) and a Gravis Gamepad Pro USB plugged in. I installed the latest software for all. All joysticks work fine in the Game Controllers applet. Nascar Heat and other games need the wheel to be on ID #1 so I put it there. The problem is that the axis' are not right. In Grand Prix Legends the wheel is axis 7,8..! How do I change it to be axis 1,2,..? I unplugged everything but the wheel and it worked fine, all the axis were right, when I plug in the gravis pad on the gameport the wheel moves to axis 3. The more controllers I plug in the further down the chain the wheel gets! I guess I'll have to go back to Win98 Is there a way to force controllers into certain spots so the games see them first

OP
I forgot to mention that I have the LWFF, LWD3D and the USB gamepad all running off of a USB hub on my #1 USB port. Would moving the hub to the #2 port(with the LWD3D and Gamepad) and just using the LWFF in the #1 port change anything? (I'm at work and will try it out later)
