Logitech Quickcam

This is a discussion about Logitech Quickcam in the Windows Hardware category; For some reason, when I try to take a picture and do not have a delay on the picture, it still takes forever for the picture to be snapped. I am not running other programs when doing this and have tried to uninstall and reinstall the software but to no avail.

Windows NT Boot problem

Installing DirectX 9.0c (yes....it's for the sims 2 :\ )
