Logitech Wingman FF GP
This is a discussion about Logitech Wingman FF GP in the Legacy OS category; I've got a disappointing problem. I bought a Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP steering wheel. I have a dual-boot system w/ Win2k Pro and Win98. The wheel works just fine on my 2k OS, but I can't get it to install on the Wintendo OS.

I bought a Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP steering wheel. I have a dual-boot system w/ Win2k Pro and Win98. The wheel works just fine on my 2k OS, but I can't get it to install on the Wintendo OS. It crashes when configuring the Windows Installer. I've tried installing Windows Installer 1.2, which made no difference, and I've also tried the Windows Installer 1.5 beta, which wouldn't install itself. The Installer wouldn't install. Isn't Microsoft great?
I hate to think I bought a device that works in Win2k only, but, for right now, that's the way it is. I would greatly appreciate any help.
