Although 1106 is the same as the premier if your patching official machines I recommend the official release. Then you can yell at MS for ruining your machines.

i just downloaded it from http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/SP/SP1/WXP/en-us/xpsp1_en_x86.exe]Here Its a MS Server and everything went well in the Install process.
