Looking for russian keyboard character map for win2k

Hi, I'm running windows 2000 advanced server. I'm looking for a russian keyboard character map to be able to type texts in russian. Windows XP does have this but not Win2K advanced server. Is there any way I can get win2k to support this? thank you in advance Regards.
